harengs saurs

700 gr potatoes 
2 or 3 hard boiled eggs 
2 carrots 
1 small red pepper
1 medium onion
1 paquet of hareng, so like 3 filets
Vinigar
Mustard
Olive oil
A little milk

Scrub and boil the potatoes. Put the eggs to boil.  then stand the hareng filets in a glass of water. In a large bowl prepare the dressing oil vinegar mustard salt and pepper, then slice onion very fine and add to the dressing. Slice red pepper, carrots, and add. Eggs should be done so cool them down under cold water and cut them up. It's nice not to put in the shell which isn't quite as nice as the inside parts... 
Take out the hareng and chop them up roughly and mix. 
When the potatoes are done, but before they're soft. Peel them, and slice them not too thick not too fine either. 
Take a cup of milk and add a good dash of lemon or vinigar. Mix well with a fork until you feel it has curdled. And throw it violently on the dish. Let rest for a few years et voilà
